Katia is awesome. If you’re not sure that yoga is for you, or that you’re a ‘yoga person’, or just wanna try something new, she’s the perfect person to go and chat to. Chilled, friendly and approachable.
I joined Katia’s beginners class with no experience of yoga, and with a frozen shoulder and a stressed mind. I found Katia extremely welcoming with a very gentle approach that coaxes the best out of you. By the end of the first class I found that I had a calmer mind, and by the end of the course I found I had abs! I am now addicted to yoga, thanks to Katia.
